Kabugho Suzana is a mother living at the FAPCAN Community together with her children after surviving years of rejection, suffering, and painful false accusations.

Her life became difficult after she was abandoned not only by her husband but also by members of her own family, who blamed her for the poverty, misfortunes, and struggles faced within the family. Suzana was falsely accused of being a witch and responsible for every problem that happened at home.

The accusations became worse after a tragic accident — fire suddenly sparked from a bedroom candle and caught the mosquito net and mattress while one of her children was asleep. In the process of rescuing the child from the fire, Suzana suffered serious burns and scars on her body. Instead of appreciating her bravery and love as a mother, people accused her of trying to kill her own child.

The false accusations, poverty, illnesses, and family conflicts piled up. Many people abandoned her, including some of her own children who were influenced by the accusations against her. Eventually, she was chased away from her home together with the children who remained with her, while her husband remarried and left her completely without support.

In the midst of this pain and rejection, Suzana and her children found refuge at the FAPCAN Community. Through the love, care, and support of Alfred Bwambale and the community, they received shelter, peace, food, emotional healing, and hope for a better future.

Mbambu Rachael is a mother living at the FAPCAN Community together with her young children after surviving years of rejection, pain, and false accusations.

While she was still young, her mother passed away after villagers accused her of being a witch responsible for deaths and problems within the community. After her mother's death, the same accusations and hatred were unfairly directed toward Rachael herself.

Many people in the village feared and rejected her, falsely believing that she too was involved in witchcraft and responsible for the misfortunes of others. Because of these accusations, she lived a lonely and painful life, facing hatred, isolation, and emotional suffering from both the community and even some family members.

Her struggles became worse after being rejected by her husband and some of her older children, leaving her alone with her younger children and no support. Life became difficult as she fought to survive while protecting her children from rejection and hopelessness.

Rachael's life changed when Alfred Bwambale welcomed her and her children into the FAPCAN Community. Through love, shelter, care, and encouragement, they found safety, peace, and a new beginning. At FAPCAN, her children are growing up in a healthy and loving environment filled with hope and opportunity.

Kabugho Jovia is a mother living at the FAPCAN Community together with her children after surviving a painful life filled with rejection, violence, and hopelessness.

She was abandoned by her husband, a violent and harsh man who rejected both her and the children, refusing to provide support, care, or protection for the family. Life became even more dangerous when the man threatened to kill Jovia and her children, forcing her to flee from her home while pregnant and without anywhere to go.

Alone and suffering, she struggled without food, medical treatment, shelter, or support. The burden of carrying another pregnancy while caring for abandoned children became too heavy. Because of the pain, rejection, and fear she faced, Jovia lost hope in life entirely.

She considered aborting the pregnancy after the father rejected both her and the unborn child. At the same time, she also thought about taking her own life, believing there was no future left for her or her children.

Her life changed when Alfred Bwambale rescued and welcomed her into the FAPCAN Community. Through love, counseling, and encouragement, Alfred helped Jovia understand the value of her life and gave her hope to continue. He assured her that both she and the children would be cared for and loved.

With support from FAPCAN, Jovia safely gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and began rebuilding her life in peace and dignity.
